Custom or export packaging, documentation and global logistics to your warehouse or sites.

MHY OEM eight-step production workflow from design through delivery
Engineering Capability

ID, ME, EE and Software Teams on One Payroll

Custom projects fail when salespeople relay requirements between separate design houses and assembly shops. At MHY, industrial designers, mechanical engineers, electronic engineers and firmware/software engineers work in the same building as the production line — so design decisions account for manufacturability, cost and serviceability from day one.

  • 4,000 m² R&D and production base with 100+ staff, 35%+ in R&D
  • In-house sheet-metal and enclosure work, SMT, assembly and aging room
  • 500+ field-proven standard platforms shorten custom development
  • Single engineer contact point through prototype, pilot and mass production

MOQ & Lead Time

Start With One Sample, Scale to Fleet Orders

Samples

Single-unit evaluation orders are welcome. Standard configured samples typically ship within 3–7 days for your software and site testing.

Standard Volume Orders

Logo, color, module and OS configuration at small minimums. Bulk standard orders typically deliver within 15–30 days depending on quantity.

Custom Enclosure OEM

New tooling is most economical from 50 units per model; design-to-delivery typically runs 35–60 days including prototype and pilot run.

OEM/ODM FAQ

Custom Project Questions, Answered

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom OEM kiosk?
We accept single-unit samples for evaluation. Full OEM enclosure tooling is most cost-effective from 50 units per model, while logo, color, module and software configuration can be customized at much smaller quantities. Your sales engineer will recommend the most economical route after reviewing the specification.
How long does OEM development and mass production take?
Standard configured units typically ship within 15–30 days. Custom OEM enclosure projects usually require 35–60 days covering design confirmation, prototype, pilot run and mass production, depending on tooling complexity and certification needs.
Can I supply my own brand logo, packaging and software?
Yes. We support silk-screen or laser logos, custom RAL/Pantone colors, boot animations, branded packaging and manuals, and pre-loading of your software image. Your application can run on Windows, Android or Linux, and our SDK/API documentation helps your team connect peripheral hardware.
Do you provide SDK and API support for integration?
Yes. Peripheral devices such as passport readers, scanners, printers and payment modules ship with SDKs and documented APIs, and our software engineers support joint debugging so your platform can control the hardware reliably.
Which certifications can you support for custom projects?
Standard products are CE, FCC and RoHS compliant under ISO 9001 quality management. For OEM projects we can coordinate target-market certification and additional pre-shipment testing according to your destination market and deployment environment.
Can I evaluate a sample before placing a volume order?
Yes. We recommend starting with a standard or lightly configured sample for software integration and site testing, then locking the custom specification and tooling for the production run.
